How Do I Contact Crazy Toners?
The quickest, easiest and our preferred method of you initially making contact with us is to send us an e-mail. Simply complete the online form HERE to send us an e-mail and we will respond within an hour.
Do You Have A Shop That Is Open To The Public?
No, we are an online only business and do not operate from retail premises. This enables us to keep our overheads low and more importantly keep our product prices low.
Can You Send Me A Catalogue?
We do not produce a paper catalogue as it only adds to our costs and is very expensive to produce, especially as new products are released nearly every month by the various manufacturers. If you can't find the product(s) you're looking for on our website please don't hesitate in contacting us, we will be more than happy to help if we can.
How Do I Know If You Have Stock?
We don't just say if a product is in stock, we show against each product listed on our website how many units we have in stock. This is done via a live stock feed from the warehouse, so you can rest assured if we say a product is in stock, then it's in stock.
Can I have A Credit Account?
We currently offer instant 30 day credit accounts to Schools, Colleges, Universities, Health Authorities, Councils, Police Forces and other Government Establishments. For more details please see HERE.
How Do I Pay For My Order?
Our website accepts most major Debit / Credit Cards with the exception of American Express. We do not store your card details and our staff has no access to them. For more information on how secure your payment details are please visit our secure payments page HERE.
Is Your Website Secure?
Yes, every page of our website is fully protected. You will notice each page you visit has a URL starting with "https", this means any information you enter on our website such as name, address, e-mail address and payment details are private.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Delivery to most UK mainland postcodes is just £4.50 + VAT per order, whilst orders in excess of £275 excluding VAT will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE. However, there are exceptions based on your delivery location so for more details please see HERE.
Will I Receive Confirmation Of My Order?
Yes, our website will automatically send an e-mail confirmation of your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, the most common reasons are either you have entered your email address incorrectly or the confirmation e-mail has gone into your spam / junk folder. Please contact us if you have not received your order confirmation e-mail.
Can I Get a VAT Invoice?
Yes, when your order has been despatched our website will automatically send an "Order Despatched" e-mail confirming details of the products despatched. Attached to this e-mail in the form of a PDF file will be your VAT invoice.
How Soon Will My Order Be Despatched?
Place your order before 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and it will be despatched the same day and delivered safely to your door as quickly as possible. If your order is placed during a bank holiday, the weekend or after 5:30pm on a working day it will not be processed and despatched until the next available working day.
Can I Track My Delivery?
Yes, when your order has been despatched we will send you an e-mail confirming it has left the warehouse. The e-mail will contain your order tracking reference number which will enable you to track its progress with DPD. You can track your order by either clicking on the link included in the e-mail or by visiting DPD's website HERE and entering your tracking reference number.
Can I Return A Product?
Yes, as long as the product being returned meets our return criteria. Please see our returns page HERE for more information regarding returning unwanted or faulty products.
Why Didn't I Get Any Loyalty Points?
Loyalty points can only be awarded for registered customers. Customers who place orders using our Guest Checkout will not be able to collect points.
