Data Security

All data processed through our website is done so through robust, reliable and highly secure servers, which are located within RapidSwitch’s highly acclaimed and industry-leading data centre in Berkshire, UK. Rapidswitch provide world-class resilient infrastructure with multiple levels of security, including 24 hour monitoring, CCTV, and restricted access.

Personal information collected as part of the ordering process is held on these secure servers and will never be used in any way other than to fulfil your order and ask for feedback without obtaining your express permission.

We do not collect, store or process your payment details, this is carried out by our third party payment provider SagePay. For more details on secure payments click here.

What Type Of Information Is Collected And Stored From You?

The personal information we collect and store when you register with us or place an order includes the following:

  • Delivery Address (If different to billing address)

If you make a online payment your credit or debit card information is not held by us. These details are collected, stored and processed by our third party payment provider, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit and debit card transactions.

In addition to the above information we will also request feedback reviews from you regarding our service and/or the products purchased on your order. You will receive an e-mail request asking for feedback 5 days after despatch of your order. If you would like to have a review you provided deleted please contact us.

How Is Your Information Used?

  • We collect the information to process and complete our contract (order) with you.
  • We will contact you via the E-Mail Address provided to send Order Confirmation, Order Update, Order Completion and Feedback Request e-mails. We may also use your e-mail address to confirm your details are accurate and correct.
  • If provided we may contact you via your Telephone Number to communicate information regarding your order.
  • E-mail Address and IP Address used at the time of ordering may be used for Fraud Prevention purposes.

Third Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent or share your information with external third parties for marketing purposes. Other than our third party service providers shown below we will not share your personal information with anyone else unless we are required to do so by law, for example by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.

We will pass your information to our third party service providers for the purpose of completing our contract (order) with you. However, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to process and deliver your order and our third party service providers will keep your information secure and not use it for their own direct marketing purposes.

Our Third Party Service Providers include:

  • SagePay - Used to process your debit / credit card payment. Full Name, Billing Address, Delivery Address and Telephone Number if provided will be shared. In addition your IP Address will also be shared for Fraud Prevention purposes.
  • Exertis Supplies - Trade-only distributor of printer supplies and office products who on our behalf will pick, pack and despatch your order. Full Name, Delivery Address and occasionally Telephone Number will be shared.
  • DPD - Our shipping partner who will deliver your order. Full Name, Delivery Address and occasionally Telephone Number will be shared.
  • SageOne - Used for our accounting purposes. Full Name, Billing Address and Delivery Address will be shared.
  • Zendesk (Zopim) - If a chat is initiated Full Name, E-mail Address and Chat Transcript will be shared. All chat history is deleted after 30 days.


If you have consented to receive information about new products and special offers we may send you marketing e-mails from time to time. We will only send e-mails and will never contact you for marketing purposes by post, phone or text messages.

You have a right to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes and can opt-out at any time. Please use the 'Unsubscribe' option in the footer of our marketing e-mails. Containing a PHP "session ID" that expires when the browser is closed. Required so our website can recognise you clicking from one page to another.
